Solar Project Environmental Review
H3M collected all relevant pre-disturbance environmental data to ensure compliance with both provincial and federal environmental standards. The expert team contributed to the project’s planning and design by carefully avoiding environmentally sensitive areas, such as wetlands, watercourses, riparian zones, and critical habitats. They also considered rare flora and fauna and areas with historical resource value. This comprehensive approach ensured that all necessary permits, licenses, and best management practices were followed throughout the project.
In addition to thorough data collection, H3M developed mitigation strategies for unavoidable impacts on sensitive habitats. The team also ensured that land reclamation would return the site to its equivalent capability post-project completion, demonstrating a commitment to minimizing environmental disruptions while promoting sustainable land use.
